where reason is just a relic of the old days
mindless, fearless and hopeless
we are all to be consumed

awoken to the nauseating stench
of formless beings of rotting flesh
lumbering hordes of grotesque terrors
feasting upon the remains of the world

empty eyesockets turning to the ones
who gouged out the eyes and gave them a new sight
not even insanity left in their shattered minds
as they sink their teeth into existence's artery

last glimpse of rationality has died
the creation has devoured it's creator
